Shipping policy
My artworks and prints are produced exclusively for you. Therefore, delivery times may vary depending on the order volume and material availability and cannot be specified in advance. Generally, the delivery time between order and shipment is:
- 2 - 5 business days for exclusive art prints (posters and canvases)
- 1 - 2 weeks for custom, personalized art prints (posters and canvases)
- 2 - 4 weeks for entirely new original creations
The estimated delivery date will be displayed in your customer account after placing the order. Creating a customer account is required for this feature.
Delivery is usually carried out by DHL or postal services, and in exceptional cases, other parcel delivery services.
The shipping costs will be calculated during Check-out based on the selected products and the delivery address. Shipping costs are between 5 - 8 Euro or CHF for small products like posters and calendars.
Whenever possible, I aim to produce the items in the country where you reside. However, due to varying availability of materials and capacity with my partners, production may occur in another country. In such cases, you may incur additional costs for VAT, customs duties, and processing fees.
