Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

We cannot accept the return of online digital content, such as a document, video or tutorial, that you have started downloading.

To initiate a return, log into your customer account. Under "Orders" you can select the one, which you would like to cancel or return. You can also request a return by mail to sales@marionduschletta.ch or by phone to +41 79 236 68 90. Depending on the product, we will inform you where to send the item.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The costs for returning the item have to be paid by you.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We can also not accept the return of online digital content, such as a document, video or tutorial, that you have started downloading. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal will be lost once the download begins.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Returning the item you have received is the fastest way to get the desired item. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.

Europian Union – 14-Day Cancellation Period
Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
